As a life long resident of Brunswick and the Golden Isles, I am intimately familiar with the great opportunites afforded to those lucky individuals who choose to make the Golden Isles and the surrounding areas  either their vacation or primary home. I’m also aware of the significant investment opportunities that abound on the southern Georgia coast.

After graduating from Georgia Southern College with a degree in Business Management, I spent the next 33 years as part owner of our family business, Peter’s Male Apparel, an upscale men’s retail operation. I also retired after 30 years of military service in the Army Guard and Reserve as a Lt. Colonel.

During my time devoted to our family business, I was involved in every aspect of owning and running a retail operation. Many hours were spent as a buyer, developing advertising for radio, television and print and customer service.  However, I spent most of my time one on one with my customers, the lifeblood of our business.  My brother and I decided to close our business to pursue other careers and in my case it was real estate.

I have spent the last number of years investing in rental property, land and other real estate investments here in coastal Georgia and my experience there and in my many years in business gives me great insight into guiding others in achieving their investment and personal real estate goals.

Finally, it’s my firm conviction that being a successful Realtor is all about putting my client’s or customer’s needs first. When that happens, everything else takes care of itself.
